Data Analyst

Do you have a passion for programming, computers, math, or health care analytics? Are you intrigued by the power of big data to influence business decisions? We are looking for a full-time data analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our small but growing production and product development team.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of analysts to manage and expand our data assets.
• Writing and running SQL code (stored procedures, triggers, database scripts).
• Providing analytical support and ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Communicating statistical relationships and insights about the data.
• Meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Math or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven knowledge of SQL or any other programming or scripting language.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and the Office Suite.
• Interest in quantitative research, analytical techniques and data.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Exceptional problem solving skills.

Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server design, development or administration is a plus
• Strong organizational skills to define and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Good individual and team contributor
